TBN Platinum-Palladium Project, Ontario

• Geological Target: Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Metals (PGM) deposit
   
• Geological Model: Giant Noril’sk and Talnakh Ni-Cu-Pt-Pd deposits in Russia, the largest nickel-copper-PGM deposits in the world
   
• 100% owned by Kaminak, the TBN property was acquired through staking and totals 6,640 hectares in size
   
• Kaminak staking resulted from an extensive in-house geological compilation of the platinum – palladium potential in the Thunder Bay region of Ontario
   
• Kaminak claims adjoin the northern margin of Magma Metals Limited Current Lake property, where high-grade mineralization has been discovered in diamond drilling:
   
  • 40.45m @ 7.12g/t Pt+Pd, 0.84% Cu & 0.41% Ni including 9.00m @ 10.68g/t Pt+Pd, 1.21% Cu & 0.50% Ni (see Magma Metals news release dated April 8th, 2009)
     
• The TBN project area lies within a roughly 1.1 billion year old mid-continental rift that extends north from the central United States through Lake Superior and back into Michigan.  The rift contains several high-grade nickel-copper-PGM deposits that are associated with mafic to ultra-mafic intrusive rocks.
   
• Detailed structural analyses and data from regional geophysical surveys suggests the emplacement of the host ultramafic intrusion at Current Lake is controlled by intersecting East-West trending structures and North-South trending structures. Kaminak’s TBN property is interpreted to have similar trending structural intersects and Kaminak believes the property has potential to host ultramafic intrusive rocks.
   
• Initial work by Kaminak on the TBN property is expected to begin in the summer of 2009 and will consist of an airborne geophysical survey which will help detect the presence of any ultramafic rocks.
